You have been the same rank for three seasons. You have watched your own VODs and seen nothing obviously wrong. Every piece of advice you get is some version of aim better. None of it tells you which decision actually lost you the round.
SiegeIQ watches the clip and names the decision. Timestamped, specific, and held to the same standard every single time.
In Siege the scoreboard rarely tells the real story of a round. A clean trade, a saved defuse, a won retake usually starts with a callout. SiegeIQ's comms analysis reads the audio in your clip and maps what you said to what happened on screen: the intel that set up a kill, the silence before a lost site, the timing of your rotate call. The goal is to turn "comm more" from vague advice into specific, timestamped feedback on your actual voice.
Comms analysis looks at the callouts in a clip you already played. The trainer is the practice side. Short daily reps where you make real map callouts out loud and get scored on clarity, speed, and timing, so the call is automatic by the time it actually matters. Every rep is solo, with nobody listening.
Every other option is either too slow, too expensive, or too shallow. SiegeIQ is the only tool that analyzes your actual gameplay and tells you exactly what to fix.

If you are already at the top of the ladder, an AI telling you to check your corners is worthless. What you cannot get anywhere else is what is actually written inside the replay file.
Book a verified coach for a personal VOD review or a live 1-on-1 session - or, if you're Gold and above, get paid to coach and keep 80-85% of every session.
Most of us hit a rank and just stop climbing. Not because our aim is bad, but because nobody ever told us what we were actually doing wrong. Real coaching costs more than the game, and watching your own replay is its own skill most players don't have yet. So we built the thing we wished we had: upload a clip, find out exactly why the round went wrong, and get a fix you can use the next match.
But getting better is only the first rung. The real goal is a path that barely exists today: improve, get competitive, and eventually earn from a game you already pour hours into. That is what we are building, in the open, with the players who actually grind it.
Shaped by players who actually grind the game. No fake timelines, just the honest path: get better, get competitive, and open real doors in the amateur scene.
This roadmap is shaped by people who actually play. Got something you want us to build? Tell us.
No credit card. No coach to schedule. Results in about a minute.
Read your report, fix the right things first, and climb the ranks, plus how to get paid to coach (Gold and above). A free PDF, straight to your inbox.

Siege is won by sound: footsteps, drones, roamers, reloads. Clean imaging with isolation is the single highest-value upgrade you can make, and it is not close.

SiegeIQ Sync is a tiny Windows app that watches your Siege replay folder and auto-uploads each new match to your account. Play, tab out, done — your Verified Stats update on their own.
Sync never goes near the game. It only reads the replay files Siege already writes to your disk — the same files you would drag in by hand.
Four steps, about two minutes. After that it runs in the background.
SiegeIQ Sync v0.3.0 is Windows only, written in Go, fully open source, and it only ever connects to SiegeIQ. This build is not code-signed yet, so verify your download against the published SHA-256, or build it yourself from source. You can also link a device from your profile.

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password hash. We never store plain-text passwords.
Gameplay clips: When you upload a video clip for analysis, the file is stored securely in Cloudflare R2 encrypted cloud storage. Clips are used solely to generate your coaching report and are never shared, sold, or used to train AI models.
Match replays: If you use Verified Stats (beta), the Siege match replay (.rec) files you upload are parsed into match statistics. We store the parsed statistics, not gameplay video, to generate your stat card and to power aggregate features like percentile rankings and match-integrity review.
Other players in your replays. A replay file describes everyone in that match — you and up to nine other players who did not upload anything and may not be SiegeIQ users. From you, the uploader, we take your Ubisoft profile ID, your in-game name, your in-match statistics, and your movement path and aim direction, which power your own coaching features. From the other players we take only their Ubisoft profile ID, a one-way hashed form of their in-game name (we do not keep their name in readable form), and their in-match statistics. We do not store other players' movement or aim data.
Why we process this, and our legal basis. We process replay data to give you analysis of your own gameplay and to protect competitive integrity, for example recognising a returning account that changed its name. Our legal basis is legitimate interests (UK and EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f), and processing for reasonable purposes under Canada's PIPEDA). We have weighed this against the other players' privacy: their profile ID is already semi-public, their name is stored only as a non-reversible hash, we hold no position or aim data about them, and the data is deleted on a fixed schedule.
No automated cheat verdicts. We do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about any player. Gameplay, movement, and aim data are never used to automatically decide that someone is cheating and never trigger an automatic action against an account. Any integrity concern is reviewed by a person before anything happens, and we never show one user another player's integrity status.
Where this data comes from. Where we hold information about a player who did not upload a replay themselves, the source is a match replay uploaded by another player who was in the same match.
Competition data: If you enter a SiegeIQ competition, we collect your registration details, team and roster information, match results, and the replay files you submit for your competition matches. We may also collect integrity check-in materials such as third-party anti-cheat reports or screenshots where an event requires them. Your in-game name, team name, and match results are published on event pages and leaderboards. Where a prize is paid, we collect the identity and tax information needed to make and record that payment.
Linked clips: If you submit a YouTube or Twitch link, we store the URL for analysis and playback and do not download or store the video itself. If you import a Medal clip, we download that clip and store it in encrypted Cloudflare R2 storage so it can replay in your dashboard, the same as an uploaded file, and it is deleted on the same schedule (see Data Retention).
Coaching reports: Your analysis results, scores, and observations are stored in your account so you can access them later from your dashboard.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. SiegeIQ never sees, stores, or processes your card number, CVV, or billing address. Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-compliant systems.
Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address to send coaching tips and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Usage data: We collect basic analytics including page visits, feature usage, and error logs to improve the product; this analytics data is aggregated and not linked to your identity. We also keep operational usage records tied to your account, such as how many reviews you run and the AI processing metrics and cost of each request, which we use to operate the service, enforce fair-use limits, prevent abuse, and manage billing.
We use your information to:
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your gameplay footage (raw video or audio) to train generative AI models. We do not share your personal information with advertisers. Scope note: parsed replay statistics extracted from .rec files, and checked ban-status labels, are data about match events, not footage of you, and may be used to train and validate our internal anti-cheat and match-integrity models as described in Sections 3 and 4 below.
Uploaded clips, and clips imported from a link such as Medal, are stored for 30 days, then their raw video files are automatically deleted to protect your privacy and minimize the data we hold. Your coaching reports, scores, and history are kept for as long as your account is active, so deleting the raw clip never removes your results. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Replay data about other players. Match statistics we hold about players who did not upload the replay are automatically deleted 400 days after upload, or sooner once we no longer hold any match observation that record depends on. Where we hold a limited competitive-integrity record about an account (for example, a checked ban status used to train and validate our anti-cheat models), we retain it for up to 1,095 days (3 years) under a documented anti-cheat and platform-security purpose, and delete it immediately once every match observation it could train against has already been deleted. It is never shown to other users, and it is never used to make an automated decision.
Competition data. Registration details, rosters, results, and published standings are retained as part of the permanent record of the event. Replay files and integrity materials submitted for a competition are retained until the event and any integrity review conclude, and are then deleted within 90 days, except where we are required to keep a record of a prize payment for tax or accounting purposes.

Free entry, no purchase necessary. SiegeIQ competitions are free to enter. No payment, subscription, or purchase of any kind is required to enter, to compete, or to win. Holding a paid SiegeIQ plan confers no competitive advantage, no additional entries, and no preferential seeding. Where a prize is offered, the prize pool is funded by SiegeIQ or by a named sponsor and is announced before entry opens.
Skill, not chance. Outcomes are determined solely by competitive play. SiegeIQ competitions contain no element of chance in determining a winner, and no wagering between participants is permitted on any SiegeIQ platform or channel.
Eligibility. You must meet the age requirements in Section 2. You must hold a Ubisoft account in good standing that is not subject to an active ban or suspension. Prize recipients must be at least 18 years old and able to complete identity and payout verification. Participants under 18 may compete but are not eligible to receive cash prizes. Employees of SiegeIQ, event administrators, and their immediate households are not eligible for prizes. Competitions are void where prohibited by law, and we may exclude entrants from jurisdictions where we cannot lawfully offer the event.
Event rules. Each competition has its own published ruleset covering format, schedule, roster limits, check-in, map selection, and dispute handling. That ruleset forms part of these Terms for that event. Where an event ruleset conflicts with this section, this section governs.
Match replays and integrity checks. Submitting your Rainbow Six Siege match replay files for your competition matches is a condition of claiming a result or a prize. You may also be asked to run and submit third-party integrity software, or to provide screenshots or recordings, as a condition of participation. Refusing a reasonable integrity request, or failing to submit a required replay within the stated window, may result in forfeiture. How replay data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disqualification. We may disqualify a player or team, withhold or reclaim a prize, and remove accounts for: cheating or use of unauthorised software, account sharing or playing on an account that is not your own, deliberately losing or manipulating a result, roster fraud, harassment or abuse of players or staff, or circumventing a prior disqualification. Decisions on competitive integrity are made by a person, not automatically, and administrator decisions on match outcomes are final.
Prizes. Prizes are paid only after the event concludes and any integrity review is complete. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is offered beyond what is announced. You are responsible for any tax arising from a prize you receive, and we may be required to collect tax information before paying. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited if verification is not completed within 14 days of the event ending, consistent with our licensing terms.
Third-party platforms and licensing. Competitions may be operated in whole or in part on third-party tournament platforms, whose own terms and privacy policies will apply to your use of them. SiegeIQ competitions are run under a Rainbow Six Siege tournament licence where one is required. SiegeIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft Entertainment SA.
Broadcast and name use. By entering, you agree that your in-game name, team name, match results, and gameplay may be published on event pages, leaderboards, and broadcasts, and used to report on the event.
